As a child, I grew up watching—and eventually helping—my Filipino grandma roll lumpia at her old kitchen table. Now that I’m an adult, I’m carrying on this familial tradition, using her special recipe with a little twist & extra love. It’s no surprise to me that life has brought me down the food services path; I come from a long line of line cooks, chefs, caterers, and I, myself, have been working in the industry alongside my father for well over a decade. All of the knowledge and passion for food that I’ve inherited is applied, now, to my own catering business.
