*Ginger squeeze is minimal. (Garlic also used for seasoning.)
Use a cooking oil of your choice, (We normally use vegetable oil.) Heat oil in a frying pot or deep fryer, on medium high. Fry lumpia until they are golden brown evenly around, which will typically be around 5 minutes. (Do not allow lumpia to become completely thawed. Lumpia can be fried frozen.)
